We are looking for a driven individual that is ready to step on board and bring something new to the table. We pride ourselves on customers service and are looking for a manager that can motivate and inspire our store team to deliver the best results!

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the output and results of your store including, but not limited to store sale and profit targets, net promoter score and core KPI's
  
• Build a high performing team by managing communications to ensure the highest level of understanding and best practice
  
• Create a customer centric environment across the store team, and act as a role model in personal approach to customer
  
• Ensure store complies with brand standards, setting the benchmark for the industry
  
• Lead business initiatives that engage store teams and ensures commitment to change
  

Skills & Experience

• 2 years experience in management within a fast paced environment
  
• Optical knowledge is preferred but not essential
  
• Proven record of improvement of KPI targets
  
• Ability to build and maintain a top performing team
  
• Excellent communication skills, attention-to-detail and confidence
