Alpine Hotel Bight are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Chef.
The successful applicants will possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Commitment to delivering outstanding food and service
Excellent food handling and hygiene skills and safety awareness
Current first Aide Certificate
Have the ability to set up work stations with a needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Food preparation
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Monitor stock and place orders
Check food which is cooking
Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Salary range is $50,000 -$60,000 commensurate with experience
Hours: fulltime
1 position available
