Located in the heart of Victoria’s High Country is Lancemore Milawa, a tranquil country house hotel brimming with elegance and style – the perfect base to experience a rich bounty of world class food and wine, Australian history and breathtaking landscapes. 

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager who is a passionate, hands-on, guests focused and results driven leader.

About You: 

  • Minimum 3 year previous experience as a leader in a similar environment.
  • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction with enthusiasm.
  • Capable trainer with sound knowledge and understanding on how to deliver successful F&B training.
  • Confident in all areas of a table waiting and beverage service.
  • Complete confidence and understanding of labour, rostering and beverage control KPI's.
  • Be able to work autonomously, our team is close knit but we want you to lead, not follow.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, confidence counts.
  • RSA compliance understanding.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience in managing functions and events will be highly regarded
  • Capable of working with our highly regarded chef to create something special for our guests
  • Able to work evenings, weekends & Public Holidays
