Qualifications & experience

  • Business administration and marketing experience of a similar role is preferred but not neccessary. Professional development will be provided for the right applicant who may not be fully qualified in the below requirements
  • Experience in Xero preferred, Myob or Quickbooks will be considered.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills due to high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong computing skills.
  • Ability to interpert sales data and consumer behaviour
  • Previous social media scheduling and content creation experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Facebook Business Manager
  • Previous experience in creating customer sales funnels and managing EDM programs
  • Capacity to prioritise and delegate tasks.
  • Ability to problem-solve efficiently and conscientiously
  • Charismatic and well-presented at all times due to the high level of interaction with external visitors.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems.
  • Supervising personnel.
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms.
  • Managing office expenditure, purchase orders and budgets; including price analysis as well as monthly financial reporting to assess and articulate company proft and loss.
  • Testing technical systems, website and courier integration.
  • Undertaking accounting responsibilities including data entry, filing, payroll and online banking systems.
  • Managing the social media channels and customer messages.
  • Undertaking product innovation & liasing directly with designers to create new product designs.
  • Updating website data regularaly and creating copy for products.
  • Managing shipping intergrations and trouble shooting API connections and performance.
  • Liasing with external marketing companies to create Google Ad and Facebook campaigns.
  • Business; phones, messages and email communications as well as creating and distrubting staff and customer weekly communications via email. The successful applicant will demonstrate a desire to understand our products and sales opportunities.
  • Communicates well and develops rapport with team members and customers.
  • Managing and utilising company wide CRM on a daily basis to ensure key information is noted.
